The Hotel Cashiers Kitchen & Bar is an upscale, yet casual restaurant & lounge, offering a modern farm-to-table dining experience inspired by our local region.

Chef Kelly Barbato, native to the Plateau, curates a seasonal menu featuring dishes crafted from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, such as herb-crusted trout, heirloom tomato salad, and roasted mountain mushrooms.

Complementing the cuisine is a selection of craft cocktails infused with local ingredients and a thoughtfully curated wine list. With its warm ambiance and commitment to authenticity, it’s a perfect spot for a casual dinner or festive celebration!

Supper Social

Introducing our Wednesday Supper Social Club!

​

Join us every Wednesday this Winter for a special prix-fixe dinner menu! Each week will offer a new concept created by Chef Kelly and will include a starter, entree, and dessert as well as special pricing on wine selections curated by our very own sommelier, Gabriel.

Advance tickets offer a discount but walk ins are welcome based on availability. Book in advance and save! Reservations are recommended.

Wine Dinner May 8

Krupp Brothers is a small winery founded in 1999. It was initially known for its incredible Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Today, it hosts an expanded collection of wines, including Chardonnay, Tempranillo, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc varietals. In short, it makes top-notch vino you don't want to miss out on.

We've got some special courses planned for dinner, including our spring salad and prime rib (!) dishes we've shown off to you all before. I'll leave the other two as a surprise for our full menu announcement on our website and social media (Follow us on Instagram!).

 

Special pricing on wines will also be available at the end of the dinner! If you're not sure, take a look at their website. Executive Vice President Sandy Huffine will join us to discuss Krupp Brothers' wines and story. She's been working with Krupp Brothers' products for over 20 years and is an expert in their production!

 

Tickets start at $115 for pre-sale pricing and available below. Same-day tickets are $125, so book now for a little boost in savings!

Tickets include the Krupp Brothers Wine Flight and special pricing on bottles after the event!

Farmer Dinner May 14

We're partnering with Dream Big Farms for our May 14th Supper Club! DBF, located in Otto, NC, has been our mushroom supplier since August of last year and our oldest farm partner. We're thrilled to be working with Zachary and his product. For dinner, we're changing up the 3-course format for five special dishes created by Chef Kelly, each featuring a different mushroom per course, capitalizing on the unique flavor of each and every one.

​​

We'll have courses focused on Oyster, Coral's Tooth, King Trumpet, Lion's Mane, and Beech mushrooms—lots of variety and lots of love! Gabriel will also feature a wine pairing option with each dish. Stay tuned for wine package information soon!

 

 

Tickets start at $85, wine pairings and cocktail specials will be available all nights!
