At an elevation of 3,484 feet, Cashiers is on the highest plateau of the Western North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains. The scenery is spectacular year round and events are happening all months of the year! Summer Season
Our property is located at the center of one of western North Carolina's premier outdoor destinations.
There are over 100 waterfalls and hiking trails to explore, all of which are accessible year round. In the Cashiers and Highlands area, there are endless possibilities for spending a day in the mountains. Some of the most popular activities in the area include hiking, golfing, fly fishing, cycling, river rafting and tubing, boating, horseback riding, and more.

Winter Season
Better known as our "Secret Season", winter time in the Cashiers area can offer the perfect getaway for a cozy weekend in the mountains.
Enjoy a day of hiking or waterfall chasing without the summer crowds, spend a relaxing afternoon drinking hot wine or cocoa beside a fireplace, or go skiing in our very own Sapphire Ski Slopes.
Cashiers is a year-round destination with more and more shops and restaurants now staying open throughout the winter season as well.
